Privacy policy

This policy explains how Commercial Office Cleaners uses the information you send through this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the details of your job.

How we use it

We use it only to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange the work. We may share the job details with the team who will carry out the work, so they can price and complete it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for no longer than necessary after that.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by replying to any message we send you.

Form processing

Our quote form is processed by Formspree, which stores submissions securely on our behalf.
